You are supposed to return the whole food package to where you got it from, because the food items are actually still belong to the restaurant who made them, yes or no? Only if the restaurant says "OK, you can keep the food.", or you are actually stealing. In this case, it's the restaurant who loses the most money; food cost, fuel, labor etc..
