Awesome ride, thanks for saving the snake. Have just a suggestion when you go to get on try stepping on the foot peg first, then straddle, learnt that awhile back and it's just so much easier. Ride safe, godspeed.

Well done and some cool cars too. A great part of the world to ride in. I do miss riding in that area and the local bakery and those donuts 👌

In the U.S. prices on used bikes really went up too but they seem to have gotten better because I bought a 2004 DR 650 a month ago with 7200 miles on it for $2300.00.

A really nice relaxing video with beautiful vistas and interesting dirt roads. I am amazed at the very high video quality you get uploading to KZbin. Is there some tip to how you upload? I always enjoy your mini adventures 👍

I'm guessing that was with baffle out . Do you have any footage with baffle in I love my bikes loud but with the DR I have to think of the long boring roads to get to the bush and not a fan of ear plugs BTW love your channel

Out of curiosity what is your inseam length? I've been trying to decide between the dr650 and the drz400. I know the drz is taller and the dr looks about as tall as you would want it to be. I'm 5'6 160lbs with a 30" inseam so I'm thinking the 650 is the way to go.

Get the dr you can lower it another 1.5 inches, lowered mine and can flat foot now with a 30 inch inseam

They still do the Biggenden ( My home town ) car show, but it is held at the Dallarnil sportsgrounds. I don't think they have a burnout pad out there. I wish I knew about the Kenilworth car show, I would have gone for a look myself if I wasn't working.

If That bike is orange it could be a ct90 and about 50 years old. And worth a lot of $$ now days. As mentioned above it might have low range for hill climbing.

Beautiful scenery, love the bike...the old man in me has to say, please don't go riding in remote areas solo. I did it for years until I got in an accident, bike was broken and I had a pretty bad leg wound. Had to sleep on the ground overnight stranded without a soul around for miles. No cell signal. Had to hike 12 miles the next morning after hiding my bike. Its asking for trouble. Great video, be safe!

Yes there's definitely dangers to riding solo. That sounds like a horrible experience! I have a garmin in reach always on me if anything goes south. But I always take it easy!
