It seems as though you misunderstood the point and the story of this clip. Unless you are suggesting that the media was there when it happened and know more about the situation than the investigating officers?

food for thought: perhaps the shift in ideology stems from the vast majority of the war fighters being conservative (republicans) and knowing the true cost of war these war fighters never want anyone to have to do what they have had to do and see.

Hello! Thank you so much for the thoughtful comment and question. We can certainly relate to the unexpected twists that life throws at you and how they derail or temporarily pause areas of personal growth especially in a crisis which takes priority. It is really is all relative to improvement over the long term with all of those unforeseen circumstances counted in as inevitable pit stops along the way. Managing expectations is an important part of growth for sure. Such a great clarification and thank you for bringing that up!

I understand that some of the pandemic rules were unpopular and it was a horrible two years socially. All I can say is from the beginning of the pandemic (March 2020) until maybe middle late 2022 I intubated at least 60 people with Covid that were struggling to breath. I don’t think any of those people survived. Once you were intubated your chance of survival was very low. I am just one person. There are thousand amore that did the same thing. Also I did t intubate anyone that was vaccinated they may have gotten sick but not seriously . The worst part is I was probably the last person they saw, or atleast my eyes and ears the rest was covered. These people died alone, it was terrible, so let’s quit downplaying this like it was a bad cold or the flu.
@EasierSaidPodcastАй бұрын
Would you agree that multiple things can be true at once? Without the individual freedom to make choices, like attend a wedding during the Pandemic and conducting your own risk assessment, it can also be true that a Public Official in this capacity is charged with defending the Constitution and rights of their constituents from illegal or unconstitutional mandates. Certainly nobody is downplaying the impact the pandemic had or minimizing the lives lost, but if an event is conducted on private property with willing participants, it is not the purview of the government to stomp out that liberty. That is the context of this clip. We really appreciate your comment, thoughts and perspective but more importantly the politeness in your tone and sincerity. Thank you for watching!

Right, and not all cops beat their wolves, but they sure do all know how to ignore warning signs, tell-tale signs, and suspicious activity when they see a black man in a nice car… oh wait, no I mean see a cop breaking the law. And then they just forget how to stop a criminal like they got amnesia all of a sudden lol Not all cops… good one.
@EasierSaidPodcast2 ай бұрын
Completely agree with you and appreciate the thoughtful response. Enforcement of laws should absolutely be carried out by Officers who are well equipped in their understanding of the law, especially for an occupation that holds the authority to effect a person's freedom. Thanks again for the great thought!

I don’t blame them for trying either. However, we are still at odds because they cost US tax payers astounding amounts of money. House Committee of Homeland Security estimated that nearly half a trillion dollars (451 Billion) were lost in health care, law enforcement, education, and housing due to the influx of illegal immigration over the past 2 years. Meanwhile illegal immigrants collectively paid the IRS only about $9B per year. Those numbers do not bode well. To put that into perspective, we could fund our entire Air Force with that money we spent on them. The Air Force employs 600,000 people and flies/maintains 5,500 aircraft.

Hello! Thank you for the thoughtful comment and thank you for watching. Completely agree! You outlined this so well and you are right, there has to be compassion, but there also has to be reason and practical ways to solve the issue more effectively for the benefit of migrants and US Citizens. Thanks for the response!

@@EasierSaidPodcast People have different emotions about this, but we should not let these different emotions interfere with critical decision making. The fact is the poor class in America is subsidized by the rich class, as happens in all developed nations. But when the poor class balloons, our collective taxes cannot cope, and we face economic hardship as a country. Some naively say “tax the rich more,” but overtaxation incentivizes the rich to find loopholes or flow their money out of the country that much more. Borrowing more from the Federal Reserve (increasing government spending) to subsidize the illegal immigrants, increases the money supply and leads to inflation, which is even worse for our poor class because they hold cash and not other investment assets. So a good way to nip excessive economic burden in the bud is by keeping our poor class as small as possible. A fraction of the poor immigrants could become economically prosperous for our country (pay more in taxes than they require in subsidies) but it is difficult and possibly ethically questionable to try discriminate for them. Thus the best economic practice remains to minimize the amount of poor we intake.

I America was a good neighbour they would stop illegal migration by helping to improve its neighbours economy. It seams to me that there is a huge opportunity to move industry to a country where cheaper labour is a reality
