Lasalle and St Benedict colleges around the world are fantastic organisations. I work with St Benedicts College since 2021 and never looked back. I do feel however "we" can internationalise our collective educational systems the world over, by making availabe moral or social science programs to our students, teachers and staff, and old boys unions, beyond the Brothers and Sisters of the Christian Schools. I am also of the firm belief that those who work in the education sector with heart and soul, loyalty, devotion and talent, should be compensated much better in the form of their monthly salaries. Salaries in education are so low in Asia that the cost of living cannot be met by any stretch of the imagination. This is a painpoint felt perhaps even worldwide, while our role to impress the minds of our youth is vital. Before I move on from this country and this role, which I both loved, for life has become untenable for me in this country given the international misogny, hatred, abuse, defamation, political interference, hostile corporate take over plotting, fraud, corruption and human rights infringements we collectively uncovered and I experienced firsthand, I promised my local colleagues I would advocate on our collective behalf for better salaries, consensual rewards and speedy local and international development as well as career opportunities in education, in todays context🙏 Lastly I believe that if all Lasallian Educational Institutes embrace goals for all staff to become most effective teachers respectively support staff, the goals such as set out by our Most Holy Pope Francis Laudato Si project for ecological living, including the three strategies I suggested to be added to the Laudato Si plan for St Benedicts College in 🇱🇰 Sri Lanka, we will actively contribute to a Kingdom of Heaven on Earth. The injustices I experienced as an EU resident of Sri Lanka by an international and local mafia of people who, having read my destiny tried to change my destiny, made me poor, and planned to take me away from the school and my ascension to Education & Skills Development Manager (from Officer) continue to be reported by me to our Principal and his Executive Secretary, Sister and close colleagues. Lasallians worldwide occupy a vital space for the upholding of ethics morality, civility and courtesy behond God - or for the Buddhists and Hindus among us, their respective divinity. There should be no space held or given to humiliate, downgrade or even unalive local and foreign individuals who have been purposely made vulnerable by a mafia of people otherwise referred to as human evil. I thank God, Mother Mary, Saint Benedict, Saint De La Salle and Saint Lucy for interceding on my behalf resulting in cristal clear vision on my part🙏. I pray to meet you in France, UK, or elsewhere in the world one fine day and wish all a Merry and blessed Christmas. May God bless us all with love, peace and fruitful new ventures 🙏🧘🕊️,
