I don't know if it's a bad tube but I do know that with the neve you don't need much gain for certain mics, you don't have to be that close to it or it's gonna sound like a distorted electric guitar if it's gained too high.

I want my interface to only handle my conversion.... if I see an Apollo with 8 mic Pres for 2k that lets me know th2 mic Pres are 💩 . 1 high qulaty mic pre is 2k on its own

What do you mean they don’t fix them no more I live in the uk and focusrite is crazy with the repairs they also repair other makes like Novation they pick up your item from you by courier fix it and send it back quick fast for cheap it’s actually unreal the service focusrite provide here in the uk. I have a liquid channel good video.
