I applied to multiple companies but no response or not shortlisted from recruiters end. I send resume as per their Job description and requirement they're looking into potential candidate but.... at end with all this possibilities get rejection is really disappointment....

Interview is a later part, but the main challenging part is how to get interview calls after a career gap??? Because to reach to an interview level we first need to get interview calls. Becoz of career gap recruiters don't select the resume at the first place especially it's very challenging for men. They can't give maternity as reason.
