The announcer's wrong, that was not "right to the head." It was definitely shoulder on shoulder because if it wasn't, Gavrus's head would have snapped back.

That wasn't even a headshot, or even trying to. The replay shows shoulder to shoulder but looked bad cause he was just picking his head up.

That was a hard clean hit last replay shows it all, if it would have been a head shot he would have been knocked out imediatly, and for those saying he wasnt hurt need to give your head a shake just because he wasnt knocked out right away doesnt mean he wasnt hurt
