Yes. Silicone Mould is already shaped while Silicone Mat is just flat and you shape it as desire when in use

No, not recommended. Best done same day of use. When done you may break into pieces and then freeze to keep the left over for a while.

Yeah but that is if you want to keep to enjoy later or give to kids. If you intend to place over cake then not recommended to refrigerate

It can stay only for few hours if your environmental temperature is high like summer. But in Winter season it will last much longer. Best is to prepare when ready to use and within few hours you should be done using it

It means you are yet to get the recipe accurately. Even in 30minutes it should just be solidifying. So, for it to have been melting means the sugar not really ready on heat before you pour it... Keep trying you will master it👍

You don't freeze it it just sets hard. Then lift it off the mat

Yeah, no need to freeze it to become hard. It hardens by itself as it cools on the Silicone mat. That's why you should be swift to pour it on the Silicone mat before it even solidifies in the pan.
