The Bible book is 'a book' hahah!...! and that is the total extent of your evidence to prove your god? The Bible is Fiction..! a Historical novel - ie a Fictional story using Historical events and peoples: This 'Bable' book is backed up by absolutely no facts and no evidence for gods...! It is a 'historical Novel', It is not proof for any god(s) Historical novel: The fables are intertwined within historical places and people.... eg Egypt and the Pharaohs existed, whereas Moses did NOT exist, and the Exodus did not happen... ! A 'global' flood never occurred on Earth! An 'Adam and Eve' is a nonsense fable from the Stone Ages!!

Much debate has arisen regarding "women pastors" in the church recently, even in the remnant churches that have not already turned fully apostate. I personally do not believe it is allowed scripturally for women to be pastors, they can be leaders among the women, but they cannot assume dominion over men. Jesus was the epitome of counter-culture, if he was going to allow women pastors in the future, he would have had at least one woman apostle. But there wasn't. This is not MY opinion, my beliefs are 100% ENTIRELY based on scripture and scripture alone. Here is my evidence... ==================== There is an ordained hierarchy within the body of Christ. When Paul made this statement, he was NOT referring to marriage or leadership or the Corinthians... 1 Corinthians 11:3 3. But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. [ASV] ==================== If a bishop is a "husband" he cannot be a woman... 1 Timothy 3:2. The bishop therefore must be without reproach, the husband of one wife, temperate, sober-minded, orderly, given to hospitality, apt to teach; [ASV] If a deacon is a "husband" he cannot be a woman... 1 Timothy 3:12. Let deacons be husbands of one wife, ruling [their] children and their own houses well. [ASV] If elders (further named bishops) are "husband"s they cannot be women... Titus 1:5-7 5. For this cause left I thee in Crete, that thou shouldest set in order the things that were wanting, and appoint elders in every city, as I gave thee charge; 6. if any man is blameless, the husband of one wife, having children that believe, who are not accused of riot or unruly. 7. For the bishop must be blameless, as God's steward; not self-willed, not soon angry, no brawler, no striker, not greedy of filthy lucre; [ASV] On 3 different occasions, those roles are clearly defined as being for men, not women. ==================== This is a strong passage and often offensive to women, but it is part of biblical cannon, so therefore CANNOT be ignored... 1 Corinthians 14:34-35 34. let the women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but let them be in subjection, as also saith the law. 35. And if they would learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home: for it is shameful for a woman to speak in the church. [ASV] ==================== Women are to be in subjection to their OWN husbands and the husband must likewise have due respect and love for his wife... Ephesians 5:22-24 22. Wives, [be in subjection] unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. 23. For the husband is the head of the wife, as Christ also is the head of the church, [being] himself the saviour of the body. 24. But as the church is subject to Christ, so [let] the wives also [be] to their husbands in everything. [ASV] Colossians 3:18-19 18. Wives, be in subjection to your husbands, as is fitting in the Lord. 19. Husbands, love your wives, and be not bitter against them. [ASV] 1 Peter 3:1-5 1. In like manner, ye wives, [be] in subjection to your own husbands; that, even if any obey not the word, they may without the word be gained by the behavior of their wives; 2. beholding your chaste behavior [coupled] with fear. 3. Whose [adorning] let it not be the outward adorning of braiding the hair, and of wearing jewels of gold, or of putting on apparel; 4. but [let it be] the hidden man of the heart, in the incorruptible [apparel] of a meek and quiet spirit, which is in the sight of God of great price. 5. For after this manner aforetime the holy women also, who hoped in God, adorned themselves, being in subjection to their own husbands: [ASV] Therefore women are NOT in subjection to any other men which should alleviate any concern women may have and argument men may have regarding their status in the body of Christ. Ergo Man <-> Woman, when not married to each other, are equal in status. ==================== Should a woman seek leadership within the body, there is a clear need... Titus 2:3-5 3. that aged women likewise be reverent in demeanor, not slanderers nor enslaved to much wine, teachers of that which is good; 4. that they may train the young women to love their husbands, to love their children, 5. [to be] sober-minded, chaste, workers at home, kind, being in subjection to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed: [ASV] ==================== But they cannot take any kind of headship over men (this is not taken out of context)... 1 Timothy 2:12. But I permit not a woman to teach, nor to have dominion over a man, but to be in quietness. [ASV] ==================== ==================== To reiterate, none of this is MY opinion, it is 100% ENTIRELY drawn from scripture as can be seen from all the quoted scriptures. If anyone rails against these words, they do not rail against me, they are railing against God's Word, therefore God himself. ==================== In conclusion, what strikes me personally having done this bible study is that it is feasible that at some point in our recent history, these scriptures have been ignored, twisted and usurped. This was likely during the feminist movement which began in the 60s and got progressively more about overthrowing men and not about equality. I could easily bulk this attitude in with the more serious Jezebel spirit (she also usurped the masculine). The blame lays entirely with the men in the church, for not standing strong on sound scripture and this could quite possibly actually be demonic in nature. They have undermined the family structure by removing men from the family quite successfully. It is not much of a step to assume they are doing the same in the church. Said with love, this could be a case for Christian women to sincerely go to the Lord and ask him if they should in fact, start to veil their heads in church and when praying and also to remain silent, as did the early church. It could be an opportunity for the entire church to go back to our first love and truly examine God's Love Letter to us all and begin a refreshed literal interpretation of scripture - again.

Addendum: having considered my position in this, I feel compelled to make one last point... this is on each woman's conscience if they choose to ignore scriptural dogma, I am in no position to enforce any of it, nor is it my responsibility. I am neither married nor an elder. The early church received those commands and were obedient.
