So if he tells u that u didnt do ur wudu right then think " yea i like praying without wudu" and keep going if he tells u the religion is wrong say " yea i dont mind following falsehood " Also he said to take breaks if it keeps coming when u r studying etc. And to think of something else that makes u happy, video games, stories, marriage whatever makes u happy think of it.
