The main reason I like super is they made Broly and Bardock canon. And I kinda like Brolys canon design, but why'd they make him damn near restarded? Super brolys only talked when he was explaining his backstory, and every fight was just "URAAHHHHH"

I have the same feeling about almost every DBZ game that releases, they could put literally everything from Dragon Ball to super in the game but they never do, and then they release DLC of older content from the show or totally skip things. It's like the game DBZ Kakarot they bring you all the way to super in the base game never released anything past training with Whis and Beerus then make DLC's about future Trunks and the tournament at the Beginning of DBZ before Goku even had Kaoken like why? What is the point of that? With that said they have all these stories for the campaign in SZ like Broly, Freeza, and Piccalo but they don't have Vegetas story for the super tournament? They could have done one for GT, DB, but they don't. Ultimately I think the game lacks content I remember the tournaments in the Tenkaichi series being longer instead they're like 3 fights and you get 10,000 zeni like ok that's pointless to play and you could say they had more of a focus on online play but up until this recent patch ranked was kinda broken so I feel like that's not the case.

mind you, Z has been the focal point of every Dragonball game for the past 30 odd years, always gets a cute little run-through in games like SZ with its iconic moments, and DBZ Kakarot is primarily about Z. Dragonball, the actual start of the franchise, is only a DLC for Kakarot and only gets like two characters in SZ. The only group of fans that should be complaining would be Dragonball fans, of the original series. Z heads crying and moaning is actually so insane to me, Super is obviously going to get some love in Sparking Zero its the first game in the series to feature the new series. You guys spend two seconds without being in the limelight and you completely lose it, make it make sense 😭😭

Listen the Dragon Ball Z series had two options either make the show more dark and mature like Dragon Ball GT. Or make it more kids friendly with Dragon Ball Super. They just have realized Dragon Ball Super and making the show all happy with many transformation gives them more money the long term.

I understand wanting some of the people we saw fight at least once , but past that seems like it's own kinda fan service. I understand we haven't seen those characters in the infinite DBZ games already out, but we also haven't got to play as the Super Hero and Diama forms before now either. Growing up with Z always saw this same discussion of people wanting OG Dragon Ball getting more love with the constant DBZ releases we got. Companies want money, what's new sales regardless of overall quality.

Im 32 YO, I basically grew up with Goku. Super is worse than GT altough i didn't like GT that much. For me Dragon ball ended in the Cell saga...

They nutered dbz with super. Super has good ideas and concepts and villain designs and ideas. But they changed the main chararcter and the fights and designs became shallow. Dbz has its inconsistencies, but ill always champion it to super

Sorry but i wanna say a couple FACTS! you dont have to care or even read this but I really DGAF 1. Super is taking Dragon Ball to the next power gap that all MAJOR series have done Bleach One Piece & Naruto/Boruto in case of the god power creep & everything & if you dont see that then idk what to tell you it was only way they could continue the story & have it be relevant. All the other big stories were having there main characters Ichigo & Naruto both reached God level of power (Did you honestly think Toriyama (RIP) was gonna let his MC fall behind????? 2. Also White Hair forms were coming anyway Toriyama wanted the original SSJ forms to be white hair with red eyes like Beast Gohan but he wanted to save that design for down the road & obviously you dont care about ACTUAL martial arts to even care about this fact but Ultra Instinct was something whis hinted at for Goku since there 1st training session which for Arts but its one of the dopest things to ever come to dragon ball cause its a theme behind Bruce Lee which who Akira made Goku in inspiration from Bruce so IDGAF if you dont like UI or not its one of the BEST things they ever introduced to Dragon Ball 3. Broly & Kale both got there own design because they are LEGENDARY SUPER SAYIANS not just regular SSJ thats why they are green the one thing people complained about in the old Broly Movies was that he was putting all the other SSJs in the dirt with the same form because the average fan isnt gonna be able to tell the difference between LSSJ or SSJ so they changed the Style for Broly so when he was brought into the series officially the NEW Fans could tell the difference between a regular SSJ & the GOAT Broly 4. Frieza was said IN DBZ that he is a fighting prodigy! he never trained before he went to earth & after SSJ Goku wiped the Floor with him he got a power up & didnt train to master it & got taught a lesson by Goku/Vegeta which is why in the new arc of Super he corrected his mistake by not jumping the gun right after unlocking his black form to actually Mastering it too. SOOOOO 1 you either never actually watched the series or 2 you dont know anything about it to actually speak on any of this.... i havent watched DBZ in almost a decade but its my favorite Series so i know these because i actually care about how this whole thing will end 5. Dragon Ball Super isnt for the OGs im sorry to tell you yes they give us nostalgia fights like Gohan vs Cell pt2 or Broly movie or even just Goku vs Frieza thats supposed to be for us older fans but you are ungrateful & rather complain. but they are trying to draw in a new audience as well so they had to create new things & in sparking zero primarily they went with more of the Super lore because the main part of there fans now are the younger ones. sorry to tell you but if you just looked into it AT ALL you wouldnt even need to release this video 6. Also coming from a true fan! i appreciate what they did with Super it not only made my Favorite Character Goku into GOD they have done some actual great things with the Series 1.Vegeta putting a beat down on Frieza 2. a Evil Goku arc which alot of fans in Japan have wanted without actually turning the MC into a villain 3. Vegito coming back & almost wacking Fused Zamasu 4. Making Broly not just a Z fighter now but making him & Gogeta Canon finally which Fans been wanting Broly to become canon/good since he was introduced 5. not just the TOP arc which is probably the greatest arc in DB history but the greatest fight in ANIME history MUI Goku vs Jiren 7. also DB introduced alot of Fan Favorite Characters that wouldnt of happened without SUPER! Beerus, Whis, Jiren, Goku Black, Broly(canon), Vados, Champa, Toppo, Hit, Kale, Caulifa & Cabba, Moro, & Merus 8. not only is MUI the dopest shi they ever thought of for Goku pretty much making him a low tier Angel but For everything DBS fans know for Gokus final form being ULTRA INSTINCT like Whis & the Angels & Vegetas final form Ultra Ego making him a God of Destruction like Beerus is the best way for the MC & right hand man to finish off I have discussed with others i dont like that they made Goku immature in DBS but its understandable because they want kids to have a laugh for Goku still having his brainless moments but one thing they did improve about Goku is he is a WAY smarter fighter in DBS then in Z (example: Goku almost eliminated Jiren in TOP with pure Battle IQ even though he was behind in Power In SSB) I have one genuine piece of advice accept that Dragon Ball isnt made for us anymore or please stop being toxic about it because it still thrives with or without your support. its Filler, That all it is they threw hero's in for one reason to keep game from going stale untill they could add the Diama dlc to allow Diama to come out fully. its same thing bandai does now rather then make new game they throw out DLC extend it Demon slayer for example threw out charcters after characters and no story content for years now there finaly making the second game due to the arcs that have come out. it be same for the new bleach game its upto Arrancar but what they do is later this year the final part of blood war comes out once that is out fullbring and blood war will be the DLC.

DRAGONBALL seems like a caricature of itself now. Like that new Gohan Beast form. It looks like when other shows would parody DBZ. It lacks creativity, they’re literally just giving old designs different colors and calling them “new forms”. It’s ridiculous. The laziness of painting Frieza gold and having him power jump like 4 seasons just so they can capitalize off the characters popularity.

Yeah, them continuing to count transformations as characters is atrocious, i really thought that they were over that. There aren't 11 characters here, there is in fact only 5. I honestly think it's a detriment that they're prioritizing new stuff that came out recently instead of the stuff that's been around for years. Like seriously, who really cares about Dragon ball Super: Super Hero besides DB youtubers who only covered it because they need content? I heard Diama was decent but who seriously wants to play as more kid versions of the characters? Kid Goku from Dragon ball, who still doesn't have his Great Ape form btw, doesn't even look like Kid Goku should. There are so many costumes that fans have been asking for like Vegeta's pink Badman shirt or Future Trunks Capsule Corp. Cutoff sleeves from the Bojack movie but they fail to deliver. People want OG characters like Pikkon and we wanted them to expand the Roster from Ball, Z, movies, and GT. Bardock's Crew, Bojack's crew, The Shadow Dragons, even Bio Broly could've all been great additions but i don't think we're getting them. The number and quality of stage's is still horrible as well, no Hell, no Battle Island, no Kami's lookout, no Kami house, no King Kai's planet, no glacier, no planet Tuffle, no other world tournament, no inside the Big Ghette Star. All the characters and stages i mentioned should have been in a game that claims to be a sequel to the Great Budokai Tenkaichi 3 and this ain't it. I'm actually getting annoyed with the amount of people who are still glazing and acting excited about getting 5 mid characters that no one really cares about. Ok, maybe people do care about Orange Piccolo and Beast Gohan but Gamma 1 & 2...Gtfoh. Android 21 woulda got more hype than those 2 clowns, at least she's nice to look at.
