Dr Michael Siegel wrote numerous blog articles about this from 2019 onwards to dispel the myths surrounding linking lung injuries to commercial Vaping :- one example is shown here tobaccoanalysis.blogspot.com/2019/

Evali has been demonstrated to have no connection with commercially available Vaping products. This was confined to very localised North American sources where rogue black market sources attempted to fool the THC market by adding Vit-E acetate to the mixture in an attempt to make the contents seem 'purer' ......obviously with disastrous resulting death and injury. This is well documented in CDC and FDA and other papers that gave a more accurate detailed account of this tragedy.

I will pose this question to you. I just watched the Johns Hopkins documentary on your lecture and have a question? I wonder if the new technology can be corrupted or is the system closed meaning it cant be accessed by an outside source? Can hackers gain access😊 Thank you for the lecture Dr.

Heart warming journey. You are a very brave young lady! I’m also on that journey, just had my second surgery 2 weeks ago. I also had the nasty sarcoma in my calf, so I know what that’s like also. My toughest obstacle is the phantom pain…the actual limb is doing quite well. I would recommend to others, Presbyterian hospital in Colorado with Dr Lerman and Dr Shner. So did you go right from amputation and rod insertion during first operation? My funny story is I was scheduled to have a normal operation for amputation in Texas, found OI on internet, called Dr Lerman in Colorado asked him if he could do this new procedure. He said yes, and I was in surgery in 10 days later. Just be your own patient advocate!

Yes, Dr Lerman did an outstanding job! I’m going through the “bathroom scales” building the strength up. Still dealing with phantom pain so I saw neurologist Dr Barolat and I’m scheduling implant. I’m getting the C model leg in 12 days but who’s counting…lol.

Mine came after having trigger finger release on the right middle finger? But before the finger started locking I also had severe cramping and pulling to the right. I am thinking this is not dupuytrens but scaring? I was given an injection but seems to net be working. Gets very tender and achy after gardening work using clippers and writing.

Thank you so much for this very comprehensive and well-organized presentation. I'd be great if the medical community could focus on slowing the progression but I have feeling that's not happening. If you have any preventative resources for people with early onset Dupuytren's I'd greatly appreciate your sharing links etc.Thank you

One question, the relationship between hospital and surgeon is a bit mysterious and it’s difficult as a patient to sort out. It would be very helpful to understand who is responsible for what items in each of the roles? A few instances of one doctor overruling another’s really shook my confidence. Bottom line, what can a patient do to insure that they have chosen a well organized team from pre op until final outcome achieved?

Thank you Dr. Harb for making this video. I’m on day 4 of recovery from Left TKR and have learned more from you in an hour than all medical professionals I have communicated with over the last year, including my surgeon. I have bone in bone in the other knee as well but not as debilitating as the current TKR. I feel optimistic about my prospective outcome with a potential Right TKR.

Saw a hand specialist here in Australia when first diagnosed, was told there is nothing she could tell me that was going to help me! Said the only thing that could be done was to have an operation and handed me a business card of a professor. I mentioned I had read you could have an injection, said no wont work, what about excercise or massage, nope wont work, left her office deflated!!

the claim that the colonies fought because they were worried about the Brits ending slavery is laughable. All you have to do is read the Declaration of Independence to know this and no a bit about how the colonists were being abused and oppressed. Taxes was a small part, homes burned, property stolen, people being ripped from their families and shipped off with out a trial to never be seen or heard from again. I could go on The fighting started in Massachusetts by people who didn't own slaves. Sam Adams the Father of the Revolution NEVER owned slaves and was adamantly against. John Adams the Atlas of Independence who was tasked with convincing the rest of the colonies to help Boston fight the oppressions too never owned slaves and was adamantly against it. In 1751 Massachusetts tried to end slavery and the Crown voted them down. Jefferson in 1769 did the same in an attempt to free his slaves and was voted down. Slavery was not at risk. The complaint that they had and Jefferson had in the original draft of the Declaration was that the crown brought the slaves there and when the colonies tried to free them they would not let them, yet they would give the slaves their freedom if it meant they would join the Brits in killing colonists. Unfortunately, South Carolina said they would walk if he didn't remove one of the main paragraphs about the attrocity of slavery. The 1619 Project is historical lies and intentionally omitted facts for a political agenda. Look at what these people are for. Marxist ideologies and Socialism. Teach a generation that America is racist and the Constitution was a document to uphold power of white men. All so that the left can get rid of things like checks and balances, equal branches of government, the Bill of Rights for mob rules Democracy. No thanks. They want to end the Electoral college and get rid of the Senate and pack the Supreme Court. This will mean smaller states no longer has a voice. The Founders were brilliant with this design. Mob rules Democracy with no limits on power like A Bill of Rights means 51% of the population terrorizes the other 49%. It's how you end up with millions of people murdered like they had in Germany and Russia. But the waaaa I want free stuff crowd falls for this garbage every time. Anyone who thinks we have problems with corruption now, if they get their way - you ain't seen nothing yet.

How interesting that close to 20% of hand specialists failed your Dupuytren questionnaire. While experience tells me the number is much higher, clearly you are one of them because you still don’t have facts based on evidence. I have both Dupuytren of the hands and feet, and PAIN IS a constant apart of this disease! Also, I am am in several worldwide support groups that echo these same points. It is abundantly insulting to hear doctors report that this disease is not painful. Also, I have never been one to like the taste of alcohol, so I am not a drinker, at all. What does impact my disease greatly are carbs and sugar in my diet. Alcohol (carbs) converts to sugars, and that is the issue, so please remove that colonial judgement, or stop calling yourself a science/evidence based physician. First do no harm by spreading false information.

Count me as one that most definitely is feeling pain from this. I thought the same thing when I kept reading about them saying that it is not painful. I am a musician and this is a horrible thing to have. Only my one finger has started to contract but i feel the cords leading to two of the other fingers on that hand. Started happening on the other hand now. I'm 62. To place my palm flat on a table and press down is most definitely painful
