Excellent document! Hosokawa is one of my favorite living composers and it’s great to watch and hear these works being performed. Especially love the accordion in this piece and others.💗🙏🏾👍🏾

This is baddass. So is you Bach P&F. I've never seen an accordionist do anything like this.

by the way...do you know that there exists a transkription from friedrich lips? the way you play this piece is in very good stile and your techinque is fabulous! but in his transkription there are some parts with bellow shake and other "accordeonistic" techniques that make this piece sound even better than it is now...have a think about that!

yes and no. basing on the fact that semionov is bayanist as well i would say it is not a personal thing. but on the other hand everybody has to listen what registration sounds the best on your own instrument. not easy to decide. in your situation i would change to tutti at 0:49 because the right hand is tutti too and it seems a little bit that the left hand disappears for a moment. it must not be like this...at least you are playing a pigini sirius, so there is enough power in the instrument :)
