there are a few prospects who can be on tier 2 teams, however they don't want to because imagine being a woman surrounded by 4 guys in an ecosystem which is quite hostile to women. on top of this, there might be issues with male players not wanting a female on their team, there's been teams before with a single female player and from what i know they did not work out
