This house needed that make over. The original interior was dark and had weird features like oversized medieval cone shaped light sconces in the hallway, etc. It looked odd inside and seemed to be on the market frequently. With this renovation, I think they hit it out of the park. It finally looks like the livable house it should have looked like to begin with.

The new stucco finish is better than the old stone exterior in my opinion. The updated kitchen is also a massive improvement too. Kuddos!

The house is style I LOVE, ALL looks great just 1 minor detail that in my humble opinion does not “fit” into such a GRAND house is the L shaped sofa as a Theater, I have seen houses with a VIP MOVIE THEATER with Refreshments Area, Wet Bar, also double door entrance to the Movie Theater, that is just the ONLY detail, for me the “The Theater” instead of a WHOLE kitchen, anyway just my humble opinion, I do LOVE the house, the style, the views, the colors, the windows, the doors, ceilings, the lamps, etc, etc.
