I think this is my favorite Moomin adaptation. The characters are very faithful to their personalities in the books and I love how dorky and antiquated the puppets look. This has my favorite versions of Snufkin, Snorkmaiden, and Mister Hemulen.

Little My has a Berlin accent, it's really unusual to hear German voice acting with an accent.

It used to be more common back in the day, a lot of Augsburger Puppenkiste shows utilize accents for characterization comedic effect. The Berlin accent is the stereotypical "uncouth" accent (eg Eliza from My Fair Lady has a Berlin accent in the German version) so it makes sense for Little My.
