I can't remember exactly who I used but there are a lot of options. I'd say it matters more how you've been building the party members stats. I used a lot of almighty bc I had the highest buff for that and it bypasses those annoying resistances. I'm hoping that my strategy was clear from the vid. 1st phase is the most important as you want to deal with the tricky nature of the affinity switches as swiftly as possible. 2nd phase is all about staying alive so make sure to heal and defense boost as much as possible. As long as you have good demons and have focused on the passives for your party then you should be able to get it.

Yeah it's possible that the missions are more entertaining when the stakes are higher. I kind of feel like maybe there should have just been a normal mode and a hard mode so it wouldn't be so easy to breeze through them. It's interesting that you didn't really consider the romance aspect as much as I did. I guess it comes down to some people becoming more invested in the plot than the themes, not to say you didn't also understand the themes in your own way, but to me the sci-fi stuff is interesting in terms of keeping you on your toes through the twists but a little convoluted by the end. To me the lasting appeal is the human element and the way the characters play off one another. I meant that it's both romantic in the sort of way that classical fantasy was done, with movies like Colonel Blimp etc. But also romantic in the literal sense of investigating obsession in human relationships. Those are my favorite stories and themes so I really appreciated them here. Anime escapism is just so pure when done right and they did a great job balancing the tones in 13 Sentinels.

@@FirstPlace97 I definitely agree, it's a super enjoyable game and it works at every level, from the sci-fi, the characters, the relationships, and the themes. The best part is the themes in my opinion is that the themes are a lesson that add up, the sci-fi story culminates with the realization, that it's all a simulation, but the simulation is caused by nanobots that search infinite galaxies, infinite worlds, to find a way for humanity to prosper, and what I find the most interesting, is they all have different results, they all have the same people, that act differently. They are genetically the same. They grew up the same, they have the same things happen to them, until they change it, until they change. The truth is, every single human that comes out of the simulation, or dies inside, will be different. Which I think is the ultimate lesson, whenever you're trapped, whenever you're hopeless, whenever you don't know what to do, whenever you're struggling in a relationship, or happy, you can always change. You don't have to be the same person you were yesterday, there's a sense that you can truly shape your own destiny, and it left me the most satisfied with a game I've ever been, and the fact that we can be just as satisfied, but take away different conclusions, proves the games quality in my eyes.

@@skyprior3866 For sure. There are many different versions of people based on life experiences and irrational impulses drive our actions more than we give credit them credit. But there's also usually some reason in madness haha. Definitely 13 Sentinels should get more attention and I think it will over time.

Try to get them to burn out their engine. Let them escape and on the 2nd lap they should break on impact with the pile. Idk some people have reported it being inconsistent but I don't think it's patched completely.

@@FirstPlace97 got sigma2 platinum and unearthed challenge 4 is the last one standing in my way. how lazy for them to put multiple bosses in a small area(at least Elma should fight in wide space) and didn’t adjust the AI, this is the reason of bs.

@@siusun2001 Best way that I got it was to use a move called copperhead swing or something for Rachel. Basically lets you reduce time on the downward thrust. Have seen other people use it in combo with wall attack and that's how I did it.
