Mansa Musa TUBE Dire was Issa land along with Gurgura and the greater Dir family unfortunately majority of the Issa that lived there left to Djibouti. Its connected to Issa alot of Issa come and invest in the city since its their homeland too. Anyways its a chartered city so no one has a right to claim it.
