As soon I put it my left wrist I felt twitching for a few seconds. I'm guessing that was the release of static energy of something. I felt something happen straight away so I have faith in the powerful healing process and purpose of this product.

Ok. 1:13: When you are talking about dosing you have both Relora and Theanine in the screen - whichever are you talking about. This is wildly confusing!

I have this one. Mine doesn’t make that ringing noise. I’ve had it about 18 months and use it all of the time. Make sure to lube it every other month. My belt has never shifted.

I know this video is old but I was curious, could you do pullups on this? Specifically what I had in mind was performing the variation of the deadstop pullup from the floor with legs straight in front, quads and core tight.
@LiftingDad2 ай бұрын
Yes, it was originally taller and was a pull-up station.

At least give it away to someone or to a goodwill store. I don’t think you used it long enough. People are different, you should give it two weeks to a month to work.

I own the same bar. I'm 44 and have had a few different gyms and weight rooms set up in a few different houses. I bought this Yes4All multi-grip bar 8 months ago for about $80 from Amazon. I use it for 90% of my lifts now, at my age this multi-grip thing is awesome for my joints, it's not BS, it makes a huge difference. I don't touch my rackable curl bar anymore. I still use my barbell for squats. I love the lighter weight and 7.5 inch rectangle for exactly the reasons you stated, more range of motion, and easier to move when not loaded. I don't think I'll ever "upgrade" to a more expensive one, I think they would have less utility. The knurling on this one does suck, but big deal. I don't know why I'm even typing this, or how I ended up watching this video, I must be excited about lifting tomorrow morning. LOL. It was a good video though, I like the mullet lifter guy.

I wear a copper bracelet and the cyst I had in my wrist hasn’t returned in over 8mo. I had the cyst for three years and even had it removed at the VA only for it to come back 3mo later. I wear a copper necklace with magnets for my neck pain and it helps rid the pain which usually causes me severe migraines on a daily basis. Copper has proven to be a success for me. And idk why you threw the bracelet away instead of simply returning it 😂 seems pretty wasteful.

Had mine for 2weeks n gear is messed up. It was good though. I still have it with anticipation to fix it. It's been like maybe a year and a half or more and I haven't fixed it yet. Just came across it cleaning up my basement. Tried finding another one but couldn't. I seen one for over 200 bucks...I'm still going to try n fix it though.

copper. It regulates iron and blood sugar. Blood sugar causes arthritis. I went carnivore and my arthritis went away then I found a doctor that broke down how lack of copper is driving sugar levels up.
