Don't need to talk to the ghost at the start if you aren't comfortable with it. Also have a WALL to your right, and be flush with it ... prevents scattering.

Larger groups are easier to kill w this build primarily because the damage scales quadratically with the number of adjacent foes right? That’s at least how I read the interaction between VoS and Emerite’s Attack

+chocobuny played sf4 understand option selects. What changes the hitting the opponent regular and then crush counter? Hit still occurs why doesn't it come out first time? Sorry still learning this game just bought it yesterday.

So what you do is you set the computer to do this. Notice how Cammy is on the player 2 side. I clicked record in training mode, made cammy dash up twice and do a back throw, then did the setup. Then I hit playback. I am playing Viper, and I try a few things. First I block to make sure the DP doesn't come out if I block the roundhouse. Then I try reversal to make sure its a safe jump. If it goes wrong, somethings messed up, and you have to try again.

It's a timing thing. The standing light punch wastes a certain amount of frames (I can clarify if you don't understand what this means) so that I don't jump too early. You could do it without it, but the light punch just makes it easier.

why the standing light punch?

It's the highest quality production I've ever made, I had to favorite it.
