It is true that this method will give you many boons and much help upon your spiritual path as you contemplate it and dance it and chant the names of God and think about God and have a gratefulness. The gratefulness is so important and it will make a positive impact on your life. Krishna said that the Maha mantra was the only mantra that had any power in a certain Yuga. I don't know what Yuga we are in but I know that we are on the uptick of a positive situation for everyone on the globe, even in spite of global weather changes that are going on. Chanted names of God are helpful for every religion, denomination, spiritual tradition, agnostic situation and anything else. All you need is Hope.
