not really. i was born deaf. but my parents put me in the hearing world so i had to learn everything in both worlds, the deaf world and the hearing world. its not really that stressful much. trust me..

well why not take it? the deaf world is better than the hearing world...

I would try that one year trial pill... Just to understand what sound is all about... But I would not want to be hearing since it would destroy my purpose in life... I would betray my people, and I, as a film director, would make mainstream videos instead. Why become mainstream, like everyone else? I like the way I am... UNIQUE... if I take the pill for my whole life: I'm NOT UNIQUE anymore... I'm like everyone else. BORING

Y'know I watched this as if she wasn't signing in ASL but basically I understood her... (I think). I wouldn't take it but if you're already deaf why not just take it to see if you'd hear!? LOL

I don't sign but I think what you are saying is that there is now a pill that can help the deaf hear. What is the name of the pill? I would imagine that most people who are born deaf would not take the pill. Is there a transcript for your video?
