I can no longer find the option to compose an email.

HATE this new system...

Have they even got the basics sorted yet. I cant view any billing details or administer any of the 5 email addresses that I have paid for. I have been trying for years to get this to work and talk talk support cant even do it either. The only thing I can do (according to them) is to set up a subscription for each email address - ie pay £25 per month for what should be costing £5. Its a total joke.

I certainly hope that it’s better than the existing email system, which has more page space devoted to adverts than one’s email! I find it unusable and the new version seems to be the same (advert space is blank in this video).

The video is useless. Like most things, they improve it beyond its usefullness and make a simple task too complicated.

I agree with all the others! For an 83 year old user you are getting far too complicated and for old eyes, your video is useless, even on my 24" screen let alone my phone.

12.05 time. There is an old saying " if it ain't broke, don't fix it" I have been a TT customer since the last century, remaining through the problems of early to mid 2000/2010 s. I may be forced to leave if the current system changes.

Agree that the video is worse than useless. I am not a computer geek but I know enough to get by. This video fills me with concern that I will not be able to adapt to whatever is being proposed. I am very happy with things as they are now.

Absolutely useless and I agree with all the previous negative comments. You just can’t take it in, it moves with such speed and it is so small! Forget the music, it needs a human being to talk you through it. It will mean more frustration for users instead of making it more helpful.

I am not a Luddite and I agree with almost all of the comments below. Having had problems with the last update I would want to see this latest proposal abandoned

Having read all the other comments, glad I'm not the only one. I am not computer savvy and I just want the simple email page that I pay for and I understand. No new gimmicks thank you . Just leave it as it is or be prepared to lose customers.

I can't see itbon my phone. It's too small and too fast. I also have to use Thunderbird on my desktop Windows 10 and get the same messages re password problem as the previous writer. How about you make it compatible without having to use rhis programme?

The design of the new InBox must ban TT adverts from appearing. To find an ad at the head of messages is infuriating, unprofessional of TT and tacky to the extreme. Customers like me will boycott form ever using the companies that advertise this way. To be so insensitive to customers privacy was probably the work of Dodi Harding who headed TT without any qualifications in telecoms.

no thank you. just leave it as it is which I understand. I only want the version I have at the moment which I am familiar with. Don't need all this new stuff.

What I want to know now is can I retain the version I have now; it works and I understand it. I don't want change. I know it will go wrong and I know it will cause me problems. I don't want it.! The phase Getting Started at the top means it has been screwed up and we will have to learn a new annoying system. Just, like the Automatic Handbrakes some companies rave about on new cars. I will never use these and turn them off where possible
