God loves and cares about us so much that he let his Son Jesus Christ die so that our sins will be forgiven and we will go to heaven where there is no suffering if we just believe and leave our sinful ways. Loneliness has followed me my whole life. It’s rubbed in my face everyday. It was there in my lowest, and it was their at what I thought was my highest. When all you’ve ever felt is loneliness, it becomes addicting. Like a warm, reliable blanket, protecting you from any other unknown feelings. There is no light, I’ll be alone for the rest my life as far as I know.

I like that concept about the balance and how it limits you. Everyday I'm listening people or watching them post on FB or Linkedin about keeping a balance between work and life, like it's a good thing. But now I understand that that's the problem that destroys our self-confidence, the limitation it puts in our lives. And that's why I feel better when I run 18+ km instead of 5. Living on the edges will improve us, not balance and the limitations.
