So it's a bug? The triggering element is pyro but the game thinks its hydro, and its hydro damage that gets amplified. UPD: its not a bug, I figured it out. Mona's ultimate applies hydro aura twice: when it encases enemy in a bubble and right AFTER a target in a bubble takes damage. It means that if we use a pyro attack on a target who is bubbled and has no elemental aura, we get the 2x hydro damage. The trick is that we need the target to have no aura, and this is why before pressing Mona's ultimate we apply some element to make a reaction and delete that hydro aura. The video says pyro, but this element can also be dendro. Electro works too but you will have to wait until electro aura depletes to around 0.4U and then wait until bubbled hydro aura depletes to 0. If we don't remove it, pyro attack meets the old hydro aura and gets 1.5x damage, while the explosion has no leftover pyro to react with and only deals regular damage.
