She sells seashells on a seashore But the value of these shells will fall Due to the laws of supply and demand No one wants to buy shells 'cause there's loads on the sand Step 1: you must create a sense of scarcity Shells will sell much better if the people think they're rare, you see Bare with me, take as many shells as you can find and hide 'em on an island stockpile 'em high until they're rarer than a diamond Step 2: you gotta make the people think that they want 'em Really want 'em, really f**kin want 'em Hit 'em like Bronson Influencers, product placement, featured prime time entertainment If you haven't got a shell then you're just a f**king waste man Three: it's monopoly, invest inside some property, start a corporation, make a logo, do it properly "Shells must sell", that will be your new philosophy Swallow all your morals they're a poor man's quality Four: expand, expand, expand, clear forest, make land, fresh blood on hand Five: why just shells? Why limit yourself? She sells seashells, sell oil as well! Six: guns, sell stocks, sell diamonds, sell rocks, sell water to a fish, sell the time to a clock Seven: press on the gas, take your foot off the brakes, Run to be the president of the United States Eight: big smile mate, big wave that's great Now the truth is overrated, tell lies out the gate Nine: Polarize the people, controversy is the game It don't matter if they hate you if they all say your name Ten: the world is yours, step out on a stage to a round of applause You're a liar, a cheat, a devil, a w*ore And you sell seashells on the seashore

Thanks for the video! Is there anywhere to buy replacement hardware for small appliances? The shafts where the beaters go broke when I was using it too hard.
@englishpool
@englishpool 9 ай бұрын
Thanks for your comment. With regards to buying replacement parts for small appliances, I think it would be nearly impossible to find parts anywhere as these appliances seem designed to be thrown away (and replaced with a newer version!) when something breaks. Frustrating, I know. If you are determined to fix something that can't be replaced easily, you can try to find a cheap used model (with the same specifications) and use it for spare parts!

how well would it hold GoPro Hero 7 black, some 150g? I need only the bottom, pan, part. will it wobble a lot? thank you.
@englishpool

I can't say exactly as I don't have a GoPro, but at 150g I think it will be too heavy for the ROB-14391. Sparkfun use the same pan/tilt bracket with their Raspberry Pi Zero W Camera Kit and the camera module weighs in at only 3g!! Even with no load the bracket is a little shaky!!

Hello can u pls tell if we can change the arrangement of the gears inside such that they are perpendicular to the motor
@englishpool
@englishpool 10 ай бұрын
Not sure what you are trying to do but a worm gear is attached to the motor shaft which then transfers the rotation 90 degrees to the two plastic gears that spin the beaters. Of course, with a little extra work you could remove the motor and use it for other projects!

thanks for the fine video. I have learn a lot. What i have to repair, if the mashine dosn`t work, because of overheating. The copper of the motor and the transformer with his connections looks well. Is there a electrical protection inside,witch can be distroit?
@englishpool
@englishpool Жыл бұрын
Flori, thank you for watching and for your comment. I would think all hand mixers have some kind of electrical protection, with cheaper mixers (like the one in the video) having a simple glass fuse, which once blown could, in theory, be replaced. Please be aware that the mixer works on mains electricity and the fuse is a safety system, so you would need an exact match for the blown fuse and be fully confident in your ability to replace it (in my experience they are usually soldered directly to the wiring.) Also the risk of overheating will not be solved by replacing the fuse, so it may blow again. My best advice to you would be to buy a new mixer.

Insightful video! Do you know how does the transmission in this work?
@englishpool

How many volt transformers are used?
@englishpool
@englishpool Жыл бұрын
I think the electric motor used is a 'universal motor' type so it is connected directly to the mains supply (via a speed selector), without any step-down voltage or AC to DC conversion. Here in Japan the mains voltage is 110V AC.

It's disgusting to see anyone cram a big scone into their big wide open gob. Break off smallish pieces, apply cream and jam, and pop whole piece into mouth. Plus, one never inserts a knife into a piece of bread, cake, etc. Scones can be easily broken into 2 rounds with hands.
