Anybody know: i've bought some ( i love it and cook it often) i would buy it and inside, the white part and seed is orange but outside is normal. I ate it and didn't get a stomach ache or anything. Why orange inside?

I use white wine or vodka when I am outside of Japan. If you don't add alcohol, there won't be much difference in taste.
