I was surprised biochipped in 2003 in my right sternum bone on HUD housing 2003. I have been smelling fumes through my vents since Valentine's day on HUD housing in AZ in 2023. I am disabled and I am pregnant with multiple seeds. I am concerned about my health and the health of my unborn babies. I am extremely poverty stricken. I am so tired of breathing in cut hay that is way too strong smelling it's overwhelming. Then it's a strong garlic smell that's overwhelming. I am a messianic Jew. I find this extremely antisemitic and inhumane. I even now fear for my unborn babies and my life. We can't say anything because the police are in on it with the apartment managers.The police harass me around town and in this apartment as they are across the street from my apartment. They constantly threaten to biochip me again. My spleen hurts from the fumes here and so do my kidneys. I get bad eye burning and headaches. I try to walk but it feels heavy. My muscles are cramping bad. My nose runs. I am coughing with asthma and have dizziness weakness nasua and vomiting. I used to be a professional singer but my throat is now hoarse and permanently burned out. The Nazi woman next door who was in charge of organizing this terrorism is gone. I haven't seen her or her boyfriend all week. I am hoping they got arrested. What do I do?My managers here want to evict me and they did this to me. I won't leave because I have no where to go and a high risk pregnancy. The Nazi woman next door had Lye put in my shower head with the managers. I have a white dish tub full of Lye beads of yellow and there are burn marks on each water line where the spicket leaked. It sits in my tub. Also on March 27 I went to my local store to buy a Pepsi where one of the tenants here that works there switched out the Pepsi when I looked down to get my money out. I drank half of the Pepsi and it tasted a little strange. It tasted like the heavy moth ball smell that was coming through my vent that week. I thought I was just so saturated with moth balls that the soda tasted like it. I threw up all afternoon. I don't always drink Pepsi because I am pregnant but I am so tired from the fumes I did that day. I still have half of the bottle for evidence with the reciept. I need legal advice but I need pro bono I am low income.

Not letting criminals move into HUD housing has nothing to do with racial discrimination. It has to do with living in same building with criminals. How would you like those dynamics.

Thank You for your most excellent and thorough presentation. I will share this with others I know. What happens when you've been living in a unit for 30 years with the Housing Choice Voucher when the owner suddenly decides to opt out of the program and gives notice not to renew anyone's lease? Nearly 100% of tenants on the program were members of a protected class, most of whom had disabilities. Landlord further denied reasonable accommodations to those few who requested to stay here with their voucher due to disability related needs. Even the owner's attorney denied the request! The only way one could stay here is if they had alot of savings or was able to re-qualify for their unit in the same way as everyone else without a voucher qualifies. He set them up to become homeless. In ARIZONA, landlords overwrite the rights of people with disabilities and federal laws and get away with it. There are no attorneys in the state of Arizona who represent tenants, especially in Fair Housing discrimination cases. The tenants don't even know they have rights to know to defend them, or how the laws apply to their rights. With out legal representation or money, how do tenants with disabilities ever win against these predatory landlords who act like they are above the law and live by their own rules? Your excellent presentation needs to get into the hands of local and state policymakers and landlords alike.

If a housing authority resaon for not approving my reasonable Accommodation request of increase of payment standard is because she feels i live in one of the most expensive areas in the state is that discrimination i know not approving my RAR is but her reason why she wont approve it.Isnt her saying i live in one of the most expensive areas kinda steering.i mean i feel as if she believes in her opinion that i only deserve to live in less expensive areas with crime, drugs etc.That because i get section 8 am disabiled low income i should not be living in certain areas.
