The 'backing' music is Breath by Pink Floyd from the Dark Side of the Moon album, and yes it is Judie singing the other tune on top. No idea why Justin Hayward is credited!

The story behind the Statue (now) at the Sandy Beach? German Travel (Foher - Kreta) book is telling, that the Statue was founded by Bob Banks (?) as a tribute to the People in Pale from the first Visitors in the 80s (called "Hippies") for the warm welcome in Pale. The picture of the "Expedition Man" is well known and was the Idea for this Statue.

Made me nostalgic for Paleo. We hope to be there October this year. Btw Judy Tzuke was a great choice. One of my alltime favourite singer/songwriters.
