Sir does +1/8 and -1/8 is integer.does integer include decimal and fraction

1. +1/8 and -1/8 are considered as rational numbers, because there are in the form of ratio of two integers. 2. Integers are simply whole numbers/counting numbers that have positive and negative signs. They do not include decimal and fraction because both of them are different types of numbers.

Whole numbers are just a set of natural numbers, with additional element zero. I purposely exclude it, but I deeply apologize if it inconvenient for you...
