at time 11:30, it says that if power source is not grounded like ship, those Y high frequency caps are not allowed to be used or they will cause problems. Any explanation why? Hi Aryan, For this particular video, we used a velocity transmitter. In general, CBM can monitor up to 4 external analog sensor signals simultaneously - on top of the internal signals that CBM is monitoring. In addition, when it comes to vibration, we normally use two different type of sensors for different fault detection. These are: Vibration RMS : velocity transmitter 4-20mA Vibration GPEAK: accelerometer 4-20mA And we recommend and sell sensors from Hansford Sensors. I hope this helps you. Interesting analysis and the video offered me some insight. However, I don't understand how you calculate a ratio of Sqrt(2) between Vdc and Vac, ignoring the 110% margin. I assume this is a simplification. A three-phase, full-wave rectifier is being drawn. Technically, Vdc = 3 * Sqrt(2)/pi * Vac, l-l. I assume you are approximating that 3/pi is roughly 1. Normally, 3 * Sqrt(2)/pi is approximated as 1.35. It sounds like your 110% margin is really a 115% margin.

Hi, There are two modes for DC to DC converter charging the battery. voltage and current mode. We observed wide voltage fluctuation from DC to Dc converter at the battery terminal from 400 to 515 V even though the max limit set is 430 V in the convertor. We used Current mode for charging with current limit set to 70 Amps max for charging. The output for charging the batteries should be stable, Right? What we should do for making it stable? We use Lithium batteries of 150 Amps rating with the bank voltage of 415 V DC.

- Check the visible damages on the fan inverter board and check the LED blinking, also. - Disconnect and check the fan -> replace the faulty fan. Check fan capacitor and fan inverter. - Measure the winding resistance and insulation resistance. - Power supply fault or "ON" command missing. - Problem can be in fan, in fuses, in fan capacitor, in fan inverter, in power control board or in the cables between them. Check the isolation transformer and output common mode filter, also Most probably Capacitor or the fan inverter. Ist a big unit right?
