Hello again and I reconsider and reevaluate my comment, here is my input: I don't know who would win since both are powerful and my previous comment deviated from death battle but I ultimately think it depends on what Arceus and Unicron represent, Arceus,who represents creation,in a fight against Unicron,he can create things and if he learns Unicron weaknesses like the matrix of leadership, Arceus would create a artifact like that or a different artifact to capture Unicron anti-spark and contain it Unicron,in my opinion and what i think he represents, evil, destruction and chaos, in a fight against Arceus,i don't know how he can fight arceus But I think it depends on where the battle be taken place at, if this battle occur in the pokemon universe, Arceus would take advantage of where he is more powerful at I tried to not stick with information from death battle and I read death battle wiki to get some important details on his abilities but I ultimately think that this what if battle would depend on many factors to determine the winner

According to a death battle between Unicron and Galactus,wiz said every version of unicron is same one and take into account that he is probably older than Arceus since he is literally a primordial being that is around before the big bang and correct me if I'm wrong

Kinda, unicrons true form is in the astral plane so he craetes avatars which is why he is a multiversal singularity, he exists in all timelines and all universes in transformers. His avatars dont share the same body but they share the same mind and goals as well as all of them acting simultaniously. As for pre‐dating arceus, i dont know, he could, since he was the first thing created in the transformers multiverse, but again, idk. I also wanted to say that death battle arent really accurate with most of the characters feats. They continously break their own rules and use outliers while also downscaling mang more characters who are much stronger. Just saying this as a note so that you dont rely on their somewhat bad scalings. Its better to use CSAP wiki or go to r/powerscaling since majority of the time you'll get help and people will provide evidance on top of scalings.
