How do you fix the chain if the blind doesnt go all the way down? The chain has a joiner three quarters of the way down.

Thanks, looks like an easy fix. Any advice on how to get the plugs out? Mine are flush wit the shutter and I fear I will destroy the shutter trying to remove them.
