It’s a sales tactic for them not to add the price! Thats how they get you to “enquire”. Then they have you to ask if you are working with a Realtor, are a buyer, need to sell your home etc. I know this as I’m a Realtor on the central coast of California. I don’t operate this way but lots of people do. I have my niche style of doing business and it works for me. On my 20th year as a Realtor and I’ve seen it all! 😂😂

You should have seen the before pictures, you couldn't walk inside the house due to all the accumulation of stuff. Full renovation!

price is fair i think with housing market rising everywhere. only thing wrong with this area is full of mexican gangs and cartels. bad hispanic mothers and fathers in these community. but this is all over southern california, otherwise known as northern mexico. please teach your sons to stop racing cars, fighting, and robbing.

Hello Terry, the area is a mix. Whittier is a diverse city because of it being so close to Los Angeles and Orange County. Many families move to Whittier because it's centrally located to their jobs and you can purchase more for your money. The city is surrounded by beautiful trees, hills and has great school district.

Too many people nowadays have these huge houses. That's actually the perfect sized starter home but the price is just wow.

Lack of land and density is causing this. That's currently California for you, nothing we can do about it for now.
