Does he alter the height of those three jumps? I rode there once and they were a lot higher than they look here… I know the camera flattens things out, but do the height of those jumps change over time? Thanks.

Nice riding. That's a tough track in spots man. Just rode there for my first time on Sept 1st. Video is uploading today. Be out around 6:30pm. What were your laps times? Also is there a way to look up laps time there for a class for the last round of racing?

@old man strength My best laps there where in the 1:36 - 1:37 range and i've never been able to finish well enough to get bumped up to the B class so still just a C rider

In the 70s when you turned 30 you could race the veterans class. I think these 60 year old guys are faster than the 30 year old guys were then? Not riding hunks of iron probably explains why.

Its usually 4 laps... 35+ dropped before us and had a first turn crash so our drop was held up and I got lapped

I just spent some time at Cahuilla Creek MX, and when rewatching the video's I saw an area where people were practicing a step-down (that I didn't do), and they would run off the track in a great spot if you get out of control, and I thought 'Why didn't I think of that?' I never even saw it when I was there riding. So now I'll be looking for those places when I see a jump I'm unsure about.

I was there the same day and you past by my camp site at 11:26 in the video. I had the white canopy next to the old brown Chevy and my Honda was under the canopy. What class was this? Open C? EDIT: 40+ B/C moto. They put B and C in together this day? What place did you get?

I believe this was 30 b/c and 40 b/c that dropped together on this day and I went 4 - 3 for 3rd overall in the 40 b/c
