I just watched the chat . I missed the first half of the live, so I watched the replay from the start. I love the way you keep your topics real. (Real life stuff). You looked very nice, as usual, and I enjoyed the chat. I missed you on Wednesday but I do understand, for our struggles are real, and I relate, especially about not feeling our best, and dealing with mental health and physical health. It's ok to take a day off. The bird sanctuary sounds really nice! I like being in nature too but not in the heat...unless there is a pool, pond, lake or river nearby.

Alaska is melting. It's unusual warm this time of year. The parking lot is an ice rink. It been in the 40s and 30s for the past few days. Very strange seeing the grass and not the snow.

I really enjoyed this video, especially hearing the really lovely way you described our area and its people. I knew that in time we would prove ourselves to you. When I came to this Valley 40 years ago I went through some real adjustments with the language, the Customs and, even just the whole Texas vibe, but I truly know now in hindsight that while I often wondered why here now I know why I was sent here. This has become my home; 2/3 of my life has been spent here, my friendships and my relationships and my professional life and my future are here. We're glad you have come to the valley, and I hope that you continue to have nothing but positive, beautiful people and experiences in your life. I hope that we will meet one day, too.

I totally agree about the side effects from certain medications being worse than the ailment for which you are taking the medication in the first place. I have been very sick and in October was in two emergency rooms in 12 hours and once by ambulance. I was on a lot of medications which were not helping the situation.
