I can't get the bike to line up to turn the lollipop lever, I feel like it is the resistance system being too high up but can't move it. Any ideas?

Why are all the comments about this one dang bolt? Why do we have to assemble this? Wheel-on trainers I've purchased in the past as far back as the 1990's always came fully assembled. Saris -FIX THIS!!!!!

I am new, but I noticed that I get way too much tire resistance unless I just allow the roller to touch the tire and barely turn it after this. Just above the slipping makes this trainer work OK, otherwise, the tire stops spinning almost immediately.

What’s the difference with H3?

Just got mine, and I’m running into the same issue with my Trek Checkpoint not being able to get the thru-axle into position. I can’t tighten it due to the H3 housing being in the way. Do I need to purchase a longer thru-axle?

Lol Pro tips, you do not need the Chain Whip Tool, you need the Lockring Tool. Although You do not even need the locking tool to lock the lockring but should only be used in extreme situations (Lockring has come very loose while out on a ride). You can hammer a nail with a small tool, even the end of a screwdriver to lock that lock ring but youll never ever be able to get it as tight as the lock ring tool, tho you could get it close if skilled. Also just Wrap an old Towel around the cassette, then use the Lockring tool the Cassette wont move an inch but the towel may rip, but its very effective.

Hello. I went to the website to enter the information on my car (2012 Honda Crosstour EXL) and I received a message saying "Sorry! Looks like this vehicle is not compatible..." My car is a hatchback and the rear window is long and sloping. I love bike racks that you all offer. Is there anyway that I can make this rack work for my vehicle if I extend the top straps past the back window and hook it inside the 2 rear doors. The top edge of the window is glass and not metal so I would have to hook the top straps somewhere else.
