I heard the album version of this song and Steady as she goes. for the first time ever today. On Spotify. Those songs are seriously, no lie, two of the best “rock” songs I have ever , I swear, ever heard man.

i just found an 8-track tape i had recorded the 7” this song was on . . . onto. . . i never have seen Steve live. . . this performance brought some tears to my eyes. . . i remember how often i would scream “i’m a plane!!!”
