In the browser console, there is an error saying that access to fetch at "Voiceflow endpoint" from "my website" has been blocked by CORS policy. Did you also get that error? Did you have to set up a proxy server? Thanks for your help

I modified the chrome shortcut as descripted on this webpage (stackoverflow.com/questions/3102819/disable-same-origin-policy-in-chrome): "I find the best way to do this is duplicate a Chrome or Chrome Canary shortcut on your windows desktop. Rename this shortcut to "NO CORS" then edit the properties of that shortcut. in the target add --disable-web-security --user-data-dir="D:/Chrome" to the end of the target path. your target should look something like this: Update: New Flags added. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe" --disable-web-security --user-data-dir="D:/Chrome""

Thanks for your help! In the meantime, I also reduced the size of the image I was uploading (from 3MB to 500 kb) and it worked (no relation to the CORS policy error message I know) :)

You may check if the prompt has correct pairs of opening and closing quotes. Also sometimes, if the relevant factor is set to a high number, e.g., 0.8, but actually for a specific question it is only <0.5. If this is the case, you may try a lower number to see if you can get some chunks.

However I do have another question: In the form itself, is there a way for someone to enter their phone number with other formats such as (000) 555-5555 or 444.444.444 rather than just all numbers? Because when I tried both other ways I received an error message in the form saying "please match the requested format"
