I’ve been wanting to get a label printer for my small business for the longest time and finally pulled the trigger. I’m glad I did ! This machine is great kzbin.infoUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q and the blue/green color matches the rest of the accents in my office. My favorite part is how small the footprint is. It’s less than 1/4 the size of my regular printer.Set up was fairly easy. Seller will email you a link with video instructions Which I found to be more helpful than the written instructions. I use a Mac and had no issues. They even included an adaptor for USB to USB-c which is great because I’m always losing mine! I had a few issues getting the labels to print properly and wasted quite a few sheets. You need to play around with the settings to get everything adjusted just right. If you have the wrong settings, it’ll crop off the edges or feed through blank labels. These aren’t issues with the machine though, just user error.

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 kzbin.infoUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

To calibrate a Zebra Desktop its 2 flashes not 1 flash. 1 flash only prints the config label but does not calibrate the label type being used.

I had actually found its user manual and I tried several times... it seems to reset to factory, but somehow that strange symptom of loosing the 12th digit persist... I am not a specialist, but I think BRazilian bank bill barcode system is different... ...it si pity pecause IT3800 is very strong equipment, and this one I got is actually made in the USA, not China crapy stuff. In Brazil they call IT3800 as "commercial scanner". Thank you for your kind support.

I can't send you a link so your best bet is to search Google for "HandHeld IT3800 User Manual". You should find a quick start guide in the results. Inside that PDF there will be a barcode to scan to get your scanner back to factory defaults. Once you have done this, you should be good to go. Thanks,

hi, long time you have posted this video, but maybe you can help me out...I bought one of these and I am trying to scan a 48-long barcode, but every 12th digit it just does not transfer to the target...so it takes out 12, 24, 36, and the 48th digits... this make it useless for the new system we are implementing on our company. Do you have any idea on how to solve this? Any comment is highly apprecited. Cheers from Brazil.
