So true I write a lot and that Really helps especially in hard times when talking to someone is not available and I become anxious so when I write my thoughts it makes me see the truth of what happened or what really I'm feeling it really helped to get through harsh things in my life and it's the good times as well I expressed my feeling through no filter mirror no masks no pretending to be strong just me and my true self "writing for me is healing ✨"

I would probably go crazy because I just came back from schizophrenia after forcing myself to be back to the matrix. I went too deep into my mind that I saw reality as fluid and there was no anchor like I was just in a dream and it feels like I died. Maybe it only works for ordinary people and not for people who are by nature self-reflective.
