This feature now seems to have been removed from Meta. I'm going to do an update video about this. I would recommend using something outside of Meta for your appointment booking. We use our ClientConnector system with all our clients because of the CRM and marketing suite built into it. It's only $97 if you would like to know more just let me know.

how do i remove facebook appointments? i watched a video of yours from 2020 (which wouldnt let me comment weirdly) but facebook has changed since then and your old video instructions are no longer valid. my screen looks nothing like yours as mine is the newest version. people are just showing up unannounced to my business claiming they made an appointment and it’s giving me bad reviews because people are mad because we’re full that day. (its a dog groomers)

Hi, for some reason, under Appointments > Settings > My page does not have the "online booking" tab section or toggle. I cannot turn it off this way, and it's driving me nuts.. Is there any other way to disable people from requesting appointment schedules from my page? (I don't even know how they are doing this, I did not check the book now button to appear anywhere). Really detest all these changes Meta is making..

I don’t have “Appointments” as a clickable option!!! I have been trying to deactivate my bookings feature for literally years; it causes me untold amounts of stress dealing with the relentless messages and frustrated customers when they request an apt a week out and find out I book 4-6 Months out!! Please Help!!!

Great explainer. We've never (as far as we knew) turned this feature on. Yet we have 3 services with pricing that are listed in the FB app (not visible on desktop). The prices are years outdated, and can't be requested in the app. Any idea how to make the pricing go away- or better yet, just have the service listings go away?

That’s the issue we are finding with FB. Since making this video people are finding it impossible to get this to go away. Personally I wouldn’t use it. I use GoHighLevel for my clients and we make a page that we link to on the profile where people can book

We inherited the FB page when we acquired the business years ago, and would have never used the direct booking feature since it does not see or write to our appointment book. Frustrating that we can't make this go away, as the pricing shown is almost a decade old.

Great review! I ordered one yesterday. A sleeping giant. I hope that the iphone mix/minus works with a cell service video call in Whatsapp, Zoom, or FB live...that would rule the world! The "old way" is to use "an interface" like irig stream for the iphone to mixer, run mixer USB to PC, then use OBS to send audio to the phone. Then ofcourse, connect a DSLR cam to the laptop and config that in OBS. And if you have 4 people, 4 mics....most mixers have one headphone out. Great. So, the L8 does it all?

I'm not confident that it's a function in FB. I would recommend going to a better solution like clientconnector.app It's a paid suite but can do so much more for you than just scheduling.
