I would say that it is more like playing a Jimmy Buffet radio station. His songs are sprinkled in, but there are also songs from many other artists that play as well. This music plays at the Paradise Pool, Bar and Chill, and Bandshell. However, everyday from 12-3, there is a live musician in the Bar and Chill, so the musician's tunes are then broadcast to the pool and band shell. On Friday and Saturday nights, as well as special occasions, there are bands or DJ's playing in the band shell, so not JB tunes then either. Additionally, once you are in these locations with friends, conversations usually takeover and you don't necessarily hear the background music. Hope this helps! Come visit to check it out! What a great idea! I do not know of a formal club, but I can tell you that it isn't difficult to find folks to join together for things like this.

Thank you so much for watching! There are many things in the community that are free. The live music on the weekends is always free in the bandshell. You do pay for Bingo cards at Bingo, but you also have the chance to win money. I think it is $4 a card. Trivia night is $5 for your table (up to 6). Shows in the theater run anywhere from $15-$30 approximately. It just depends on the performer. Kayak excursions and other boat trips, like the Dolphin Discovery and Sunset cruise are usually $50 or less. Savannah Bananas games are $30, and they often organize trips over to Savannah for concerts, especially if Jimmy Buffet is playing. Those trips are more costly, but it covers your concert ticket and the bus trip, so you don't have to drive. Many of the walking tours require your own transportation and I believe those that go to wildlife preserves are nominal or even free. If a walking tour includes stops for food or beverages, it would be more. For example, I know the Bluffton Historic Tour is $45. When you move in to Latitude, you have access to a calendar of events and can register to attend whatever you choose. Just living here provides many social opportunities. My husband and I are so busy getting together with friends, that we don't sign up for tons of excursions. We do play a lot of pickleball, and I often play Bunco and sometimes attend a Wine Fairies event - just a monthly get together to enjoy wine, snacks and socializing. Have a great weekend ahead.
