Whenever I recruit anyone, I never follow a stereotype interview patent. I like being different and unique. I know a fake from a real person. Furthermore, I'm a qualified psychologist. I don't ask unwanted stupid questions like most interviewers does. I love challenging HR managers, specially in the Philippines. Because in the Philippines, 99% are all stereotype interviewers. They don't have a mind of their own, they follow a patent.
