November of 2023 my husband & myself were fortunate enough to take a walk through with one of the security guards as we didn't have an appointment we just showed up very lovely young man well spoken I'm impressed by the amount of progress in the last year it shows real growth my first choice will be to live in great diamond however "quality land" and houses are becoming scarce my husband has his heart set on splashman I like Avalon happy medium in between lots of room to grow and with that new highway road being built in the back I'm assuming there would be eventually a major road going in to the scheme lack of access does concern me I look forward to seeing more development it will definitely help when it comes to decision time

I want to make a constructive criticism or observation of some of the houses in the community. The small houses are too small, even by Guyana’s standards. They look like shoe boxes. It brings the look of the community, down. I doesn’t look like those small houses can hold a queen size bed and they might have really small living rooms. Instead of building those small houses into 2 stories, it might been better building them as flat houses which could have given more space. Unless the land that you built them on were very very small. But I don’t think that it made the community look good, instead, in my opinion it made the community look less impressive. Constructive criticism or observation of the small houses.

I hope local Guyana prople have some decent accomodation. That should be the top priority. Nice road , nice drainage , nice street lights , playground for childrens,good market place should be part of the planning . Thanks for sharing.
