RCMP need to invest in better and longer training. Their lack of quality training is why there are so many incompetent and unprofessional officers.

Maybe try training recruits not to sexually assault and sexually harass their fellow officers and staff. Maybe the Royal Canadian Mounted Rapists won’t get as many class action suits.

Can you tell me why there are at least 5 band members not wearing proper blue/yellow stripe ??? Also, why are there officers walking around the parade grounds whiles everyone else is standing still??
@rufus482 жыл бұрын
The RCMP academy forms its main marching band from its police cadets in training and also contracts its services often to train members of certain indigenous first Nations police forces. Those police forces wear the red stripe on their pants just as any municipal police force does which is why you see a couple of those cadets in the band. The red serged members walking around throughout the parade are Pace/Drill NCOs who I understand are there to assist in ensuring the proper movement and positioning of formed troops and they assist where needed (ei. A police officer passes out)

Considering this is an edited video you would think they would edit out the portions where they are marching out of step..... because as we know the RCMP is amongst the best in the world at drilling and hope they hang onto that skill and sharpness forever!!

I'm assuming the music was dubbed in afterward and they aren't marching to any music, just the troop commander's commands. Is this correct?

Love those demonstrations but i really have to point out how the marching is bad. They are marching way too fast. And since the music was lacking any base drum to give the pace, then some cadets didn't have the same foot on the ground.

At least their job doesn’t rely on their marching.
