Tim is such a force on stage! I saw him live in Munich with Seamus Begley - Tim seems to be so enthusiastic on every tone they were playing - one of the best live performance I have enjoyed so far!

I'm not a big of plugged in acoustic guitars. They just don't sound very good ( but nobody seems to notice ) I suppose at live gigs they make life a lot easer but in the above situation just playing into a high quality mic would have been by far the best option,

Myself and two friends made an impromptu decision to come and see you at the Kirkgate, not I am ashamed to say, having heard of you. You were brilliant and have to be one of the most friendly and modest musicians I have seen. And then I was astounded to learn that you only live about 25 miles from me up in bonny Scotland.

Tim Edey is without peers in his field. Played in Cookstown a couple of weeks ago with Gino Lupari. Great night. Best in a long time. Highly recommended if you get the chance.
