Thank you for recording this. I was there. I saw and heard everything. But I was too busy crying to record this. This album and song came out when my mother was first diagnosed with terminal cancer. This song hits HARD.

The audio is muffled or something. Nice effort with just guitars and a drum kit.

God he still sounds great. One of the best lyricists of all time. And one of my absolute favorites. I had all of his "vinyl" back in the day LOL. Keep doing it, Jackson. You are a source of hope and pride for those of us who have shifted to the margins of the world we used to own.

Approximately 52 years ago, I got to see Jackson Browne open for Joni Mitchell. Each of them simply sat at a grand piano in a 3,000-seat auditorium and played and sang. It was a religious experience. Very happy I got to see him once more back in 2011.
