it's so foreign to me to see you casually show up to ski for the afternoon. my old man had us up and on the road by (5am?) to get on the slopes the second the lifts starting spinning, and we rarely called it a day until they stopped (sometimes took lunch in a lodge). it was all about getting our money's worth I guess (especially at a high price ticket like Killington), but I'm totally rethinking that strat these days. So laid back. love it! 😅

Love the story! I get the Ikon pass, it has paid for its self many time over this season so no pressure to get my moneys worth. I also find 3hrs of hard skiing is about all I want to do these days.

Let me know next time you go to WP to ski. I have a ski condo in Granby Ranch 25 min from WP. You can stay for free. I have two daughters that ski with me. I like skiing with my girls more than my sons haha

Remans are special order, the front diffs are hard to find and were only made for few years so freight shipping plus shop time would be 2weeks or more. Just got to roll with the punches

I got up there 5 x’s this year conditions were 50/50 still had a great time! Never saw the far left trails open this year.

Nice video. How is it with rattling of that dropper post cable? Does it rattle without that anti rattle protector, because I'm about to install dropper into my rockhopper, but I don't know how to install it with that anti rattle sleeve given that you need to pull the cable as inserting the dropper. So I'm interested how it behaves without. Thanks

I haven’t heard any rattling from the cable inside the frame tube. That said when it is bumpy enough that it might rattle I’m usually to focused on the trail to hear it over the sound of the clutched chain making noise and staying on the bike. They are worth up grade I wouldn’t go without it.

They have a lot of great terrain and I didn’t even get to the steeps! The plan is for later this season for the glads and steeps.

I really enjoy your videos because I'm a local and have skied most of the mountains your going to. I love the angles you get on these runs. Great camera work. Hopefully I'll be able to ski again next season and I'll run into for a couple runs.

GoPro max 360, 4’-8’ adjustable selfie stick for it. Helmet mount for the max. Canon 80d or my iPhone 14 Pro. I mostly leave my Canon at home these days and just use the iPhone 14pro.

Awesome vid, great quality footage! Got me really excited for this season, never been to Gore but got a season pass, and it'll be my first time skiing in 15 years. Bit of a drive for me so I'm gonna wait until more than just a few trails are open, but can't wait to check this place out!

Thank you, gore has great terrain a lot more fun than some of the VT mountains. The view from up there is epic also! I took a 25yr break and am so happy skiing found me again. I will also head there possibly in February when the mountain has opened up there is a lot of trails I have gotten to ride yet.
