Note: if some of you are using a google workspace admin account and don't see the "Grant access to your account" option under gmail settings... you need to go to your google workspace admin (assuming it's the same email or a different one) go to apps --> workspace --> gmail ---> User settings --> Mail Delegation --> Turn it ON. Then after some time... your email will be able to grant access to other accounts.

Skip the first five minutes. Up until then, he's just explaining how to use it, not how to set it up.
